Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent customer experiences and daily sales performance.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, POS operations, and omni-channel fulfillment, while maintaining brand standards on the sales floor. You will also analyze reports, manage inventories, and demonstrate product knowledge to boost engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines on the floor.
• Operate the cash register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders with accuracy and speed.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays that reflect the brand.

Job Description

The Key Leadis responsible forensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providingguidanceand coaching to Brand Reps and StockAssociates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Work Schedule Requirements

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdaysandsome Sundays.
• In addition, during peaktimeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• Education- High School Diploma / G.E.D., or equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience isrequired.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch,required

The starting rate for this position is €16.91 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is €16.91 - €16.91 per hour). The starting rate and range may bemodifiedin the future.
