A growing health company in Belgium is seeking a Key Account Manager to support key accounts and drive sales performance. This role includes developing Joint Business Plans and ensuring strong omnichannel execution. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and 2-3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing. Proficiency in French and Dutch is required, and a competitive salary package is offered with opportunities for development in the health sector.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.
• Experience in FMCG or pharma is a plus.
• Comfort with commercial KPIs and P&L.

Responsabilités

• Support development of Joint Business Plans with key accounts.
• Contribute to annual negotiations and prepare commercial proposals.
• Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and track KPIs.
