GE HealthCare is seeking a Junior Tender Specialist to support public tender activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work with Sales, Service, Legal and Finance teams to prepare responses, coordinate information, and ensure timely submission within a fast-paced international healthcare environment.

The 2-year fixed-term contract provides hands-on experience in public procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination, with no company car included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
• First professional experience through internship, apprenticeship, or admin role is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review tender documents and identify key requirements.
• Support preparation and submission of tender responses.
• Coordinate information from internal stakeholders (Sales, Service, Legal, Finance).
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Ensure tender documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant prior to submission.
• Maintain organized tender records and documentation.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams through the tender lifecycle.
