Equans BeLux is seeking a Tender Manager to lead the full tender process from opportunity assessment to handover, shaping technical and commercial offers for maintenance & facilities projects across Wallonia. You will collaborate with clients and internal experts on site at Nivelles, Fleurus or Ans, with Equans base in Nivelles.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in bid management, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in project management and/or bid management.
• Fluent French and English; travel to client sites is expected.

Responsabilités

• Identify relevant business opportunities for the company.
• Analyse technical, administrative, financial and legal specifications.
• Develop winning bid strategies and lead cost estimation activities.
• Prepare and compile qualification files.
• Plan workloads and prioritise tender files.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders including purchasing, legal and technical teams.
• Define technical solutions aligned with client specifications.
• Establish project baselines, planning and procurement strategies.
• Identify project risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients and key suppliers with the Department Manager.
• Ensure submission deadlines and governance compliance.
• Lead tender-related meetings and reporting activities.
• Organise transfer of awarded projects to operations.
