Adiutum, a Belgian IT consultancy, is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to strengthen the team and support growth. You will craft compelling job offers, source candidates across channels, and partner with Business Managers to fulfill hiring needs.

In this role you will conduct interviews, manage the recruitment process, and contribute to employer branding events. A degree and multilingual communication are valued in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Experience in recruitment is an asset.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Solution- and result-oriented mindset; ability to rally people behind a project.

• Scout for candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed to find the best profiles that match the business needs
• Serve as a trusted advisor for Business Managers, collaborating closely to understand and fulfill their hiring needs
• Conduct job interviews
• Monitor the recruitment process and deliver exceptional candidate experiences
• Understand the world of IT and its challenges
• Participate in employee branding events or company communication

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch
• First experience in recruitment is an asset
• Good communication, collaboration and organizational skills
• Solution- and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to convince and rally people behind a project
