Jobat is expanding its Brussels recruitment team and seeks a motivated Junior Talent Acquisition to support our growing client base. You will manage end-to-end recruitment: translating needs into candidate profiles, sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards, screening, and conducting first interviews.

You’ll build strong pipelines, coordinate administration, and maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Jobomschrijving

As a Talent Acquisition, you will manage the recruitment process from understanding the hiring need to presenting suitable candidates. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Understanding recruitment needs with internal stakeholders and translating them into clear candidate profiles.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards and other channels.
• Screening applications and conducting first interviews to assess skills, motivation and cultural fit.
• Managing several vacancies simultaneously and building strong candidate pipelines.
• Matching candidates'profiles with specific project and business requirements.
• Presenting shortlisted candidates to internal stakeholders and following up throughout the selection process.
• Coordinating recruitment-related administration and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
• Maintaining close communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
