Adiutum, a Belgian IT consultancy, is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Officer to strengthen the team and support growth. You will craft compelling job offers, source candidates across channels, and partner with Business Managers to fulfill hiring needs.

In this role you will conduct interviews, manage the recruitment process, and contribute to employer branding events. A degree and multilingual communication are valued in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are a plus.
• Experience in recruitment is an asset.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
• Solution- and result-oriented mindset; ability to rally people behind a project.

Responsabilités

• Write and publish attractive, targeted job offers.
• Scout for candidates through channels like LinkedIn, Stepstone and Indeed.
• Advise Business Managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Conduct job interviews.
• Monitor recruitment process and deliver a great candidate experience.

• Participate in employee branding events or company communication.
