Job summary

Editx in Belgium is offering a Junior Support Engineer role for recent IT graduates. You will start in a dynamic international tech setting, focusing on building core support skills and progressing toward specialized IT expertise.

You will provide 1st-level IT support, handle Windows-based issues, and manage Entra ID/Azure access, while documenting solutions and collaborating with the IT team to grow your technical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level IT support to users, troubleshooting hardware, software and access-related issues.
• Support users in a Windows environment, resolving day-to-day technical incidents.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access through Entra ID / Azure.
• Investigate incidents, identify recurring issues and escalate more complex problems when required.
• Document solutions and contribute to maintaining a clear and efficient support process.
• Work closely with the wider IT team while progressively taking ownership of more technical tasks.
