Job summary

Nestia Hospitality Group operates 5 hotels across Belgium under renowned brands. We seek a revenue-minded professional to own pricing, reporting, and channel decisions from day one.

You will monitor rates, analyze market trends, and collaborate with the Revenue & Finance Manager, GMs and marketing teams to optimise ADR and RevPAR across all hotels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, economics or related field.
• 0–2 years of revenue, reservations, front office or hotel sales experience.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust room rates across channels (brand site, OTAs, GDS).
• Manage inventory to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
• Prepare daily pick-up, weekly performance and monthly reports.
• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends and booking patterns.
• Support forecasts and budgets preparation.
• Collaborate with Revenue & Finance Manager, GMs and sales/marketing teams.

Want to learn revenue management across a whole portfolio of hotels, instead of just one? At Nestia Hospitality Group you'll work side by side with our Revenue & Finance Manager with real ownership from day one and room to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor and adjust room rates, packages and promotions across all channels (brand website, OTA's, GDS)
• Manage inventory and availability to optimise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR
• Follow up & prepare daily pick-up, weekly performance and monthly reports for management
• Analyse competitor pricing, market trends and booking patterns
• Support the preparation of forecasts and budgets
• Work closely with our, Revenue and Finance manager, General Managers and Sales & Marketing teams on pricing, promotions and channel decisions
• Help test new tools and approaches, including AI-driven pricing and forecasting

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AFTER YEAR 1

• You independently run daily pricing and reporting for 5 hotels
• You've contributed to hitting our ADR and RevPAR budgets
• You've led at least one improvement project

WHO YOU ARE

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's degree in hotel management, economics or similar
• 0-2 years of experience in revenue, reservations, front office or hotel sales
• Strong with numbers and Excel
• Fluent in English; French & Dutch is a plus

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with a PMS, RMS or channel manager (e.g. Mews, Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SiteMinder)
• Interest in data analytics or automation

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross monthly salary of €2500
• Permanent, full-time contract (38h/week)
