Job summary

Bopro, with offices in Ghent, Brussels and Paris, is seeking aJunior Project Manager to drive sustainability in real estate and construction projects. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and workflows while leveraging digital tools to enhance transparency for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as listed in the candidate profile.
• Experience in construction or real estate sectors.
• Experience with digitalization and digital tools used in design and construction.
• Proficiency in English plus French or Dutch.

• Ensure sustainability requirements are integrated into real estate and construction projects.

• Coordinate project documentation on budgets, planning and quality management.

Ensuring sustainability requirements are effectively integrated into real estate and construction projects.

Coordinating communication between internal teams and external project stakeholders.

Implementing project structures and workflowswithin Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Coordinating project documentation related to budgets, planning, and quality management.

Developing project dashboardsto support clear reporting and decision-making.

In this role, you contribute to the successful delivery of sustainable real estate projects while leveraging digital project environments to provide transparency on project quality, budgets, and timelines for all stakeholders.

• Master's degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Engineering Architecture, or Law
• Relevant professional experience within the construction or real estate sector
• Experience with digitalization and digital tools used throughout design and construction processes
• Next to English, good command of French or Dutch
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to project follow-up
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and project partners
