Job summary

Bopro, with offices in Ghent, Brussels and Paris, is seeking aJunior Project Manager to drive sustainability in real estate and construction projects. You will coordinate documentation, schedules, and workflows while leveraging digital tools to enhance transparency for stakeholders.

You will work in a modern, flexible environment with opportunities for growth and international collaboration across Belgium, France, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree as listed in the candidate profile.
• Experience in construction or real estate sectors.
• Experience with digitalization and digital tools used in design and construction.
• Proficiency in English plus French or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sustainability requirements are integrated into real estate and construction projects.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Implement project structures and workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Coordinate project documentation on budgets, planning and quality management.
• Develop project dashboards for reporting and decision making.
• Coordinate project schedules in Microsoft Project.
