Aria Partner in Belgium is seeking a Public Procurement Consultant to act as an intermediary between clients and suppliers, navigating complex procurement processes.

You will define acquisition strategies, translate needs into market solutions, and manage the award procedure in compliance with the legal framework, while fostering transparency and fair competition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal/economic/commercial/technical orientation.
• 3 years in public procurement and 5 years in purchasing.
• Knowledge of public procurement legislation.
• Fluent in French; good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP MM and 3P is a plus.

Your Role

Your Profile and Skills

1. Profile

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree with a legal, economic, commercial or technical orientation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement and 5 years in purchasing.
• In-depth knowledge of public procurement legislation in classic and/or special sectors.
• Perfect command of French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
• Desired proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP MM and 3P is a plus.
