Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' PMO experience.
Minimum 3 years' IT project experience.
Minimum 3 years' Agile software development experience.
Advanced project management certification (PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK) or equivalent.
Knowledge of Scrum: roles, ceremonies and artefacts.

Responsibilities

Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and provide guidance for better compliance.
Maintain PPMO tooling for project planning, status and risk reporting, follow-up and organisation of PM activities at project and portfolio level (Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint).
Provide guidance on implementing the chosen management methodology and review deliverables.
Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resource requirements.
Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against the plans with regular reports.
Define and manage change control procedures and gain sponsor approval for revisions.
