GEA is seeking a PMO Program Manager to oversee the project portfolio in a data-driven environment. You will transform project data into insights, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Based in Wommelgem, Belgium, the role offers opportunities to grow into broader PMO leadership. Strong analytics, Excel and Power BI skills are essential, with flexibility for working from home and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent Excel and Power BI experience.
• Affinity with AI applications and digital technologies that improve efficiency and reporting.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in PMO/portfolio management or business analytics environment preferred.
• Proactive attitude with ambition to develop towards strategic PMO leadership.

Responsabilités

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the project and program portfolio.
• Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs and management reporting.
• Collect, analyze and consolidate project data into meaningful insights.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, schedules, risks and resource utilization.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations and portfolio insights.
• Ensure consistent governance, reporting standards and project management processes.
• Identify portfolio-wide risks, dependencies and escalation points.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management tools, reporting methods and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, functional teams and senior stakeholders.
