Job summary

BDO Antwerp is seeking a Junior Manager Accountancy to guide client teams and shape accounting services. You will lead and mentor colleagues, deepen client relationships, and drive value beyond compliance.

The role combines strategic insight with daily accounting tasks, offering growth through BDO Academy and a flexible, hybrid work model with remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• 4–5 years of proven accounting experience with client management skills.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we’ll support your journey).
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills; French is a plus.
• Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential.
• Autonomous yet collaborative approach, managing complex projects while supporting colleagues.
