BDO Hasselt is seeking a Manager Accountancy to lead a dynamic team and act as the strategic financial partner for ambitious SMEs and large companies. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, coach professionals, and drive new business opportunities while sharing expertise through seminars and publications.

The role requires a leader who is proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic, with fluency in Dutch and English and familiarity with the Hasselt region.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey).
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.
• Natural leader who's proactive, client-focused, and pragmatic.
• Familiarity with the Hasselt region and a natural ability to broaden your network.
