Jan De Nul Group is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to strengthen its Aalst legal team. You will work on a wide range of contracts and procurement matters across international projects, from tendering to execution and dispute management.

The role offers exposure to diverse legal areas, with opportunities to specialise over time. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation and grow your legal profile within a leading project-driven company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law
• Analytical and pragmatic advisory skills are essential
• Ability to translate complex legal matters into actionable guidance
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across a global organisation

Responsabilités

• Analyze, draft and review a wide range of contracts including construction, subcontracts and procurement agreements
• Provide legal analyses on tenders, procurement and project agreements
• Support project, tender and procurement teams during preparation and execution
• Assess legal risks and translate analyses into practical recommendations
• Manage claims and disputes in collaboration with external counsel
• Assist in joint ventures, partnerships and collaboration agreements
• Monitor legal developments and translate them into business implications
