BDO Belgium is seeking junior consultants for our Battice office to join the Deal & Valuation department. You will work on transaction services, company valuations, and M&A mandates for a mix of clients from SMEs to multinational groups.

Your role involves financial analysis, Q&A preparation for management, and researching potential targets, with an emphasis on developing report-ready information memorandums and due diligence outputs.

Qualifications

• University background in finance or business economics.
• Excellent knowledge of French.
• Advanced working knowledge of English and German; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analysis of the Target’s financial statements in the context of due diligence, valuation or Info Memo preparation.
• Preparation of Q&A for Target’s management.
• Research of potential acquisition targets in the context of a vendor’s mandate.
• Research of industry related information to support the preparation of Information Memorandum.
• Draft reporting of due diligence report, valuation report and/or Information Memorandum.
