Reply is seeking a Junior Functional Consultant in Brussels to guide customers and teams through MS-Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects. You will analyze business processes, conduct workshops, and gather functional requirements to craft prioritized user stories for developers.

Responsibilities include preparing test plans, performing user training, and supporting continuous learning opportunities within a dynamic technology environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and either Dutch and/or French.
• Great client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for customers and your team on all functional aspects of MS-Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects.
• Analyze as-is and to-be business processes (BPMN 2.0).
• Conduct customer interviews/workshops and gather functional specifications.
• Create gap analyses and prioritize user stories for developers.
