A leading technology consultancy in Belgium is looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to serve as the point of contact for customer and team interactions related to MS-Dynamics 365 CRM. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and creating user stories. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, communication skills, and fluency in English with either Dutch or French are essential. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields.
Great client-facing and internal communication skills.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus.
D365 CE certifications is a plus.
Fluent in English as well as either Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

Be the point of contact for customers and team for all functional aspects of MS-Dynamics 365 CRM.
Analysing business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements.
Create Gap analysis for specific requests.
Create and prioritise user stories for developers.
Prepare test plans and scenarios and perform user training.
