A leading technology consultancy in Belgium is looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to serve as the point of contact for customer and team interactions related to MS-Dynamics 365 CRM. The role involves analyzing business processes, gathering functional requirements, and creating user stories. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, communication skills, and fluency in English with either Dutch or French are essential. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Great client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus.
• D365 CE certifications is a plus.
• Fluent in English as well as either Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités
