adesso Belgium is expanding its Microsoft Solutions Team and seeks a Functional Microsoft 365 Consultant. You will translate client business processes into Microsoft 365 designs, participate in end‑to‑end projects from requirements through go‑live, and share knowledge through engaging workshops.

You will stay current with Microsoft 365 features, contribute to solution design, and support presales activities while delivering value to European clients from our Brussels area hub.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands-on experience implementing Microsoft 365 solutions from planning to deployment.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 projects from design through go-live support.
• Deliver engaging workshops for customers and administrators.
