The Member Company. is seeking a Business Development leader in Belgium to build and scale a new entity in the logistics & supply chain sector, expanding the company footprint and portfolio.

You will develop and manage your customer portfolio within logistics & supply chain, identify and recruit engineers for your team, and work with the HRBP team to find suitable employeneurs for TMC. You will also lead a team of consultants, driving career management, monitoring, and coaching, while overseeing
