Jobat is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a well-established international industrial manufacturer in Belgium. You will lead a 90-fte supply chain team (6 direct reports) spanning demand planning, customer service and transportation planning.

You will develop forecasting processes, define KPIs and SLA frameworks, drive segmentation, and support new product introductions while contributing to portfolio rationalisation initiatives to improve service levels and performance.

• Develop and enhance forecasting and demand planning processes to improve service levels, forecast accuracy and business performance.
• Define, implement and monitor relevant Supply Chain KPI's and SLA frameworks to support scalable growth.
• Drive customer segmentation initiatives and align differentiated service levels with planning and supply strategies.
• Support the introduction of new product ranges while contributing to product portfolio rationalisation initiatives.
