Michael Page Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for an international industrial manufacturer with facilities in Belgium. You will lead a team of 6 direct reports and about 90 indirect reports, overseeing demand planning, customer service and transportation planning.

You will develop forecasting processes, implement KPI/SLA frameworks, and collaborate with Commercial, Product Marketing, Operations and ICT to ensure end-to-end SCM alignment and continuous improvement.

Job Description

• Lead a Supply Chain organisation of 90 fte (of which 6 direct reports) covering demand planning, customer service and transportation planning.
• Develop and enhance forecasting and demand planning processes to improve service levels, forecast accuracy and business performance.
• Define, implement and monitor relevant Supply Chain KPI's and SLA frameworks to support scalable growth.
• Drive customer segmentation initiatives and align differentiated service levels with planning and supply strategies.
• Support the introduction of new product ranges while contributing to product portfolio rationalisation initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

• Practical capability in coordinating supply chain activities.
• Experience with planning material and product flows.
• Ability to monitor supply chain information and act on operational priorities.

• Confidence working with internal stakeholders on supply chain coordination.
