Job summary

Michael Page zoekt een Supply Chain Manager voor productie in West-Vlaanderen. U leidt een organisatie van circa 90 medewerkers (6 direct reports) en beheert demand planning, klantenservice en transportplanning.

U ontwikkelt forecasting- en planningsprocessen, definieert KPI's en SLA's en stuurt groeistrategieën bij met een focus op internationale productie. U werkt nauw samen met commerciële, marketing, Operations en ICT-teams om end-to-end afstemming te garanderen en een sterke

Qualifications

• Verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een 90 fte- organisatie (6 direct reports).
• Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van forecasting en demand planning processen.
• Definiëren, implementeren en monitoren van relevante Supply Chain KPI's en SLA's.
• Richt klantensegmentatie in en stem service levels af met planning en supply chain.
• Ondersteunen introductie van nieuwe productreeksen en portfolio-herziening.

Responsibilities

• Leid de supply chain-activiteiten en zorg voor operationele afstemming.
• Coördineer materiaal- en productstromen en bewaak planningen.
• Bewaken van supply chain-informatie en reageren op prioriteiten.
• Samenwerken met inkoop en supply chain-processen waar nodig.
• Onderhouden van nauwkeurige data voor planning en follow-up.

Supply Chain Manager - Production - West-Flanders

As Supply Chain Manager you will:

• Lead a Supply Chain organisation of 90 fte (of which 6 direct reports) covering demand planning, customer service and transportation planning.
• Develop and enhance forecasting and demand planning processes to improve service levels, forecast accuracy and business performance.
• Define, implement and monitor relevant Supply Chain KPI's and SLA frameworks to support scalable growth.
• Drive customer segmentation initiatives and align differentiated service levels with planning and supply strategies.
• Support the introduction of new product ranges while contributing to product portfolio rationalisation initiatives.

Profiel

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

• Practical capability in coordinating supply chain activities.
• Experience with planning material and product flows.
• Ability to monitor supply chain information and act on operational priorities.
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate data for planning and follow-up.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders on supply chain coordination.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Commercial, Product Marketing, Operations and ICT teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of 6 direct reports and approximately 90 indirect reports.
• A good professional level of Dutch and English.
