The Member Company in Brussels is seeking a Junior Business Manager to build and lead an advanced systems business unit, focusing on software and IT. You will be coached by an experienced director and run your own client portfolio.

This role requires a Master’s degree in business, economics, management or engineering, fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus), and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will operate from our Zaventem office and grow as an Employeneur within TMCP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Create and develop your own entity in the advance systems business unit.
• Develop and manage your customer portfolio.
• Identify and recruit the engineers who will join your team.
• Collaborate with the HRBP team to find suitable employeneurs for TMCP.
• Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching).
• Manage your budget and finances related to contract negotiations and salary proposals)
