Job summary

The Member Company is seeking a Junior Business Manager to build and lead a new electro(mechanical), energy & infrastructure entity in Brussels. You will develop your own customer portfolio, recruit engineers, and work closely with HRBP to place Employeneurs within TMCP.

You’ll manage a team of consultants, handle contracts and salary discussions, and oversee budgetary aspects while collaborating with a global high-tech consultancy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or Engineering.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently while benefiting from team support.
• Organized, rigorous and proactive.
• Willing to work from the Zaventem office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own entity in the electro(mechanical), energy & infrastructure unit.
• Create and develop your own customer portfolio.
• Identify and recruit engineers to join your team.
• Collaborate with HRBP to find suitable Employeneurs for TMCP.
• Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching).
• Oversee budget and finances related to contract negotiations and salary proposals.
