About this vacancy

• The young graduate program at TMC is a 1-year program that assists you in finding your way as an employeneur on your first job experience.
• We will assist in finding a first project in the sectors that interest you the most. From software development and microelectronics to life sciences, and from mechatronics to chemical production.
• During the year, TMC organizes several workshops to improve your soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You get the chance to work on a challenging side project with other young graduates from different engineering backgrounds, guided by an experienced engineer within TMC.
• You will get to know the company and your colleagues during the different (in)formal events we organize to develop your network and boost your visibility on the market.
