The role involves daily cleanroom work, adherence to SOPs, maintaining equipment and production areas, and performing in-process controls to support clinical and commercial ATMP manufacturing under strict quality standards.

• Working daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment
• Ensuring the cleanliness of equipment and production areas

Performing various steps within the CAR-T manufacturing process, including:

• Cell isolation
• Cell selection, activation, and transduction
• Cell culture
• Aseptic processing
• Filling and finishing operations
• Cryopreservation

Manufacturing clinical and commercial ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products)

• Adhering to all applicable quality and safety standards

Performing in-process controls on batch samples while maintaining the highest quality standards

Strictly following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), batch records, and GMP guidelines

• Recording and managing GMP documentation to ensure compliance and traceability

Supporting environmental monitoring and the maintenance of GMP production areas
