Legend Biotech is seeking a CAR-T production supervisor in Belgium to lead a skilled operators team in a cleanroom, ensuring GMP-compliant, high-quality production from start to finish.

You will guide, develop, and motivate the team, manage documentation and batch reviews, and drive efficiency improvements across shifts and processes. Fluent English required; Belgian or EU work eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience leading teams in a regulated environment.
• 3+ years in GMP/ATMP environments with leadership drive.
• Proficiency with MS Office; MES/EBR experience is a plus.

Are you ready to take the lead in one of the most innovative fields in biotech?

As a CAR-T production supervisor at Legend Biotech, you’ll lead a motivated team of operators in a cleanroom facility, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of quality from start to finish. You’ll help make sure that daily activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with GMP standards. You’ll be guiding your team with all the responsibilities that come with it: facilitating growth of your team, inspiring them in their daily tasks and maintaining quality levels, and solving problems as challenges arise.

What Can You Expect?

As CAR-T production supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading & inspiring: manage operational teams and oversee key steps in the CAR-T production process.
• Ensuring quality: you manage all aspects of quality and ensure strict compliance with cGMP standards. As a domain expert for Quality and Operations, you play a central role in GMP inspections.
• Collaborating & solving: you'll be the go-to person for production challenges and work closely with other departments to find solutions.
• Keeping us organized: manage and review critical documentation like procedures, work instructions,logsand transfer forms.You'llalso oversee the release and review of batch records for quality control.
• Training & developing talent:asa manager,you'llmake sure your team has the skills and knowledge to excel.
• Driving operational excellence: launch projects to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve quality.Inspirecontinuousimprovementeveryday.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in science, bio-engineering, pharmacy or a related field of study or you are equivalent through experience.

Experience

You have either:

• Experience in people leadership in a regulated environment,
• Or at least 3 years of experience in a GMP or ATMP environment (preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry), and a drive for the new challenge of leading a team.

Expertise

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and clean room operations is a plus.

Languages

• You speak and write fluent English.

What Do We Offer?

• A meaningful job with an excellent work-life balance. You will work 4 days. After that you will enjoy 4 days off. This position operates within our future (rotating) night shift system. Please be prepared to work across various shifts starting from6AM and ending by 2AM as well as our night shifts ranging from 6PM until 4 AM and 8 PM until 6AM. While night shifts are not currently in place, employees hired for this role should be willing and able to work within the (rotating) night shift system once implemented.
