Legend Biotech in Zwijnaarde near Ghent is seeking a biology graduate to join our CAR-T manufacturing team. A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and experience with cell culture are preferred to contribute to cutting-edge cell therapies in a GMP environment.

The role involves daily cleanroom work, adherence to SOPs, maintaining equipment and production areas, and performing in-process controls to support clinical and commercial ATMP manufacturing under strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is required.
• Experience with cell culture is preferred.
• GMP environment familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform steps within CAR-T manufacturing process such as cell isolation, activation, transduction, and culture.
• Maintain GMP documentation and batch records.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety standards in a GMP cleanroom.
• Support environmental monitoring and maintenance of GMP production areas.
