Legend Biotech in Ghent is seeking a Batch Release Coordinator to manage the timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, QA, QC and Investigations in a sterile GMP environment.

You will own BI dashboards and tools, diagnose data issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders. The role also supports detailed production planning and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics using Power BI and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, science or related field.
• At least three years of experience in supply chain, operations or quality.
• GMP pharma/biotech experience is a strong plus.
• Hands-on with Power BI, Power Automate and other Microsoft tools.
• Experience building and using complex Power BI dashboards from multiple data sources.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-time batch release in collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC and Investigations.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain BI dashboards and troubleshoot data issues across sources.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and drive issue resolution.
• Support master production scheduling and alignment with demand.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and reporting processes.

In this role, you will play a keyrolein deliveringCAR-Tcell therapies – making a direct impact on patients’ lives.

What can you expect?

As a Batch Release Coordinator, youare responsible forcoordinating thetimelymanufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain. You ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a sterile GMP environment.
Youare responsible for;

Batch Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinating the on-time release of finished product batches in close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Investigations teams
• Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear andtimelycommunication
• Providing transparent updates on batch status, progress, and challenges
• Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders

Dashboarding

• Owning,maintainingand enhancing the BI dashboards and tools to support batch release coordination
• Acting as a primary point of contact for BI dashboards troubleshooting by diagnosing and resolving issues across the dashboard landscape, ranging from minor defects and data-quality concerns to complex problems involving data models, refreshes,integrationsor performance

Monitoring & Issue Resolution

• Proactivelyidentifyingrisks and bottlenecksimpactingbatch release timelines
• Driving discussions to resolve issues and ensure continuity
• Escalating critical risks and supporting decision-making at theappropriate level

Planning

• Supporting detailed production scheduling and contributing to the master production plan
• Collaborating with planning teams to align supply with clinical and commercial demand

Continuous Improvement

• Driving process improvements and contributing to reporting and scalable planning methodologies

Who are we looking for?

Education

• You obtained abachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or a related field or have equivalentexperience

Experience

• You haveat least three years of relevant experience in supply chain,operationsor quality
• Experience in a GMP environment within pharma or biotech is a strong plus
• You have hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automateand other Microsoft tools to support reporting analytics,automationor business processes
• You have experience with building and using complex Power BI dashboards, combining multiple data sources

• You are fluent in English
