Alan Allman Associates is seeking a Junior Bid Management Officer to support tender and proposal processes across the Benelux region. You will collaborate with Sales, Technical, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to prepare clear, compliant proposals.

This role offers exposure to project coordination, business development and proposal management within the Alan Allman Associates ecosystem, with constant opportunity to learn in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• First experience through internship, apprenticeship or student project is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage several deadlines.
• Comfortable working with different stakeholders and in an international environment.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Curious, proactive and willing to learn.

Responsabilités

• Monitor relevant public and private tenders and identify potential opportunities.
• Review tender documents and summarize key requirements, deadlines and expectations.
• Support the preliminary analysis of opportunities and GO/NO-GO decisions.
• Support the organization of internal bid meetings and follow-up actions.
• Collect and consolidate information from Sales, Technical, Marketing, Finance and Legal teams.
• Contribute to the preparation and formatting of proposals, presentations, consultant CVs and references.
• Ensure that bid documents are complete, consistent and submitted on time.
• Assist with the submission of proposals through the appropriate platforms.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of opportunities, bids and templates.
• Support post-submission reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of our bid processes.
