Adecco Matching Center Brabant-Wall is looking for a Senior Tender Engineer specialized in data centers to strengthen the Tendering department. This role is pivotal for preparing and coordinating technical and commercial bids for complex EPC projects both in Belgium and internationally.

The successful candidate will engage with various teams such as Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management to craft competitive proposals. Key responsibilities include analyzing tenders, defining execution strategies, and coordinating efforts across teams.

• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial bids for complex EPC projects.
• Analyze tenders and contractual documents.
• Define execution strategies and construction methodologies.
• Contribute to cost estimations for labor, materials, and logistics.
• Consult and analyze supplier and subcontractor offers.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams.

As part of our client's strong growth, we are recruiting a Senior Tender Engineer specialized in data centers to strengthen the Tendering department, working on data center projects in Belgium and internationally.

Responsibilities

• You play a key role in preparing and coordinating technical and commercial bids for complex EPC projects.
• You operate at the center of interactions between Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Project Management teams to build competitive, realistic, and technically sound proposals.

Tasks

• Analysis of tenders and contractual documents
• Definition of execution strategies and construction methodologies
• Contribution to cost estimations (labor, materials, subcontracting, logistics, etc.)
• Consultation and analysis of supplier and subcontractor offers
• Cross-functional coordination with project and engineering teams
