BDO Belgium is seeking a Junior Manager to lead audit projects and build trust with clients and colleagues. You’ll work across industries to ensure accuracy, identify risks, and deliver high-quality assurance that clients can rely on.

You’ll mentor junior staff, participate in the BDO Academy programs, and enjoy flexible working arrangements including office, home, or on-site client visits to balance demanding seasons with personal time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering; financial-economic qualifications are a strong asset.
• Minimum 4 years of professional auditing experience demonstrating technical capabilities and client management.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.
