BDO Belgium is seeking a Senior Auditor for our Gent/Roeselare office to lead complex audit projects and develop client relationships across a diverse portfolio. You will analyze financial stories beyond the numbers, guiding junior colleagues and leveraging BDO Academy for ongoing professional growth.

The role emphasizes technical audit excellence, cross-client collaboration, and continuous learning within a supportive environment that values adaptability and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or Business Engineering (financial–economic qualifications are a strong asset).
• At least 2 years of audit experience with strong technical and client management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio.
