Netcompany Belgium is seeking an Application Support Agent Junior in Brussels for a hybrid role. You will receive, log and manage requests, incidents, and inquiries via email, phone, or in person, providing technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve issues.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, deliver training, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to support multinational projects across European institutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in application support or a similar role.
• ItIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to operate in an international team.

Responsabilités

• Receive, log, and manage user requests, incidents, and inquiries via multiple channels.
• Provide technical support by troubleshooting and solving issues with clear outcomes.
• Inform users on status and progress of their requests regularly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define needs for evaluation processes and improvements.
• Deliver training and guidance on tools, systems, and procedures.
