Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Junior Application Support Agent - Trainer to deliver training on information systems and provide frontline user support. You will log requests, investigate issues, and communicate effectively with end-users, while collaborating with the development team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT with at least 1 year in user support.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand quickly processes.
• Solution oriented, proactive and focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.
• Strong teamwork and relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems to different stakeholders.
• Receive, log requests/incidents & questions from users; provide technical support and investigate problems.
• Ensure and perform all communication with end-users.
• Participate in meetings with the development team.
• Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices and document all requests.
• Improve documentation and create FAQs based on received calls.
• Write user manuals for information systems and web documentation.
