Netcompany Belgium zoekt een Junior Application Support Agent - Trainer in Brussel voor een vaste, hybride rol. Je verzorgt trainingen over informatiesystemen voor verschillende stakeholders en ondersteunt eindgebruikers bij vragen en incidenten.

Je logt verzoeken, onderzoekt problemen volgens ITIL-praktijken, werkt samen met het ontwikkelingsteam en documenteert oplossingen. Daarnaast schrijf je gebruikershandleidingen en FAQ's en draag je bij aan verbeteringen in de documentatie.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- of Master diploma in CS/IT of a related field.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in gebruikersondersteuning.
• Uitstekende Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling).
• Sterke analyse- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichtheid.
• In een internationale/multiculturele omgeving kunnen werken.
• Teamspeler met goede relatievaardigheden.
• ITIL Foundation-certificering is een pré.

Responsabilités

• Trainingen over informatiesystemen voorbereiden en geven aan diverse stakeholders.
• Verzoeken/incidenten en vragen van gebruikers registreren, technisch ondersteunen en oorzaken achterhalen.
• Communicatie met eindgebruikers verzorgen en afstemmen met ontwikkelteams.
• Documentatie verbeteren en FAQ’s op basis van ontvangen calls maken.
• Gebruikershandleidingen en webdocumentatie schrijven.
