Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Logistics & End-User Support Operator to manage end-user appointments, guide onboarding, verify identity, prepare devices, and distribute equipment across European projects.

You will provide first-line support for basic issues, document handovers and stock movements, and escalate complex incidents. Fluency in English and French (B2) and a positive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in logistics, workplace support, service desk or end-user IT support.
• Good spoken and written English and French (minimum B2 level in both languages).
• Good understanding of logistics, goods handling and stock-management processes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, with basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow documented procedures and operational instructions accurately.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly to non-technical users.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, with basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow documented procedures and operational instructions accurately.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical steps clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing appointments, assets and handover records.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently or within a team; ITIL Foundation certification and a Category B driving licence are considered assets.
