Smals in Belgium is seeking an IT Talent Sourcer to join the HR team. You will build a strong candidate pool, source IT professionals, and perform initial CV analysis and interviews.

You will present candidates to recruiters for further rounds, collaborate with the team on results and next steps, and stay updated on labor market trends. Participation in recruitment days and events is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or executive search.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
