Smals is seeking an IT Talent Sourcer to join the HR team and build a strong candidate pool of IT professionals. You will conduct CV analysis and pre-screening interviews, presenting top candidates to recruiters for further rounds.

Ideal candidates have experience in recruitment or executive search, a HR degree, and strong Dutch language skills. Flexible and remote-friendly, Smals offers a competitive salary and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or executive search.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, with experience in recruitment, sourcing, or executive search.

Responsabilités

• Develop a strong and qualitative candidate pool.
• Actively search for potential IT professionals through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial qualitative CV analysis and pre-selection phone interviews.
• Present candidates to recruiters for further interviews and follow-up.
• Regularly exchange with the team on results and next steps.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and evolutions.
• Participate in recruitment activities like job fairs and recruitment days.
• Maintain and develop your IT talent network.
