Qualifications

4 to 6 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a professional services environment.
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
IT certifications (e.g., A+, Microsoft) are a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end‑user environments.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
Manage incidents through a ticketing system.
