Experis Belgium is looking for an IT Support Technician (Level 1 & 2) to provide technical assistance across multiple sites in Brussels, Braine-l'Alleud, and Halle. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, configure and deploy devices, and maintain IT support systems effectively.

This role requires fluency in French and Dutch, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while providing outstanding customer service. Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 1 & 2 IT support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users (on-site and remote).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Travel regularly to company sites in Braine-l'Alleud and Halle.
