Michael Page is seeking an IT Support professional in Belgium to reinforce a dynamic team. The role involves coordinating with external suppliers, visiting sites to diagnose issues, and delivering end-user support for applications.

You will analyze requests, test new features, and help document IT procedures. Strong communication and a willingness to collaborate with IT and end-users are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree related field.
• First experience in IT support.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• You communicate with external suppliers.
• You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
• You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.
• You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects.
• As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
• You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager.
