The Engage Partnership Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on desktop, laptop, and mobile device support across the Flemish region in Belgium. The role requires travel to Belgian sites and offers a monthly salary of €3,800–€4,500 plus benefits.

You will troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux, support the Office365 suite, perform basic networking tasks, and deploy new hardware while adhering to security policies. 2+ years in IT support or service desk is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Experience working in a help desk or service desk environment.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Office365 package experience.

Responsabilités

• IT Support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Support for the full Office365 package.
• Basic networking tasks (IP configuration, VPN, wifi troubleshooting).
• Set up and deploy new hardware.
• Adhere to cyber security and IT policies and best practice.
