Job summary

Oniverse in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an IT Specialist to manage IT operations and support for our stores across Belgium. You will report to the Country Operations Manager BeNeLux, handling on-site interventions when needed and collaborating with HQ Italy on new technology deployments.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or equivalent, strong networking knowledge, and fluency in English and French (Dutch a plus). Expect international, fast-paced work with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Autonomous, patient, organized, flexible and responsive.
• Interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Available to travel for occasional in-store interventions.
• Comfortable with Windows, iOS and Android environments and new technologies.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals (cable management, switches, firewalls, access points).
• English and French required; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance and smooth operation of stores by providing first and second-line support, including on-site interventions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT infrastructure within Belgium and support new technologies.
• Train users on equipment and explore new/existing technologies.
• Install and configure computer and phone equipment.
• Deploy and configure new solutions in collaboration with HQ Italy.
• Manage logistics and inventory of IT equipment.
• Act as main contact for external IT service providers and vendors.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for IT operations and support across Belgium, reporting directly to the Country Operations Manager of the Calzedonia BeNeLux branch.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and smooth operation of new and existing stores by providing first and second-line support, including on-site interventions when required.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the entire IT infrastructure and equipment within the Benelux headquarters and support the implementation of new technologies.
• Train users on equipment and explore/learn about new/existing technologies.
• Ensure the installation and configuration of computer and phone equipment.
• Deploy and configure new solutions in collaboration with the HQ Italy
• Manage the logistics and inventory of IT equipment (phones, computers, store devices and related hardware).
• Act as the main point of contact for external IT service providers and third-party vendors.

Profile
