Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a consultant to deliver IT service management and business process analysis for a client project in the ICT services sector. You will work with Budget & Finance, HR, ICT and suppliers, applying ITIL processes and BPMN modeling to improve financial and HR applications.

The role requires 5+ years in IT service management, fluency in FR/NL/EN, and knowledge of general accounting, with Nice-to-have Iptor/EasyPay experience and payroll knowledge.

Qualifications

• ≥5 years in IT service management (ITIL, incident and problem management).
• Experience in business process analysis and BPMN.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Basic knowledge of general accounting.
• Iptor or EasyPay knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR management and payroll is an asset.
• Public sector experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuity and quality of service to users.
• Managing incident and request handling: tracking, escalation, and communication with users.
• Conducting problem management: analyze causes and propose corrective actions.
• Managing user access and rights in line with security rules and GDPR.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, including monitoring services, licenses and budget.
• Analyze, model (BPMN), and document business processes related to applications.
• Provide analytical and functional support in evolution or replacement of applications.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure governance of the service.
• Ensure reporting and contribute to continual service improvement.
