Job summary

NTek Software Solutions seeks an experienced Service Manager & Functional Analyst to join a major public-sector organization in Brussels. The role covers IT Service Management, functional analysis and business process improvements for Finance and HR applications.

Responsibilities include managing IT services, incidents, service requests, escalations, KPI reporting, and governance to ensure service continuity and user satisfaction while coordinating vendors and changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Service Manager/Service Manager.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM experience (5+ years).
• Proven Incident & Problem Management experience (5+ years).
• Strong BPMN and business process analysis skills (5+ years).
• Understanding of Accounting/Finance processes (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Manage IT services, incidents, service requests and escalations.
• Drive Problem Management and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure service continuity, quality and user satisfaction.
• Manage user access, rights and governance per security/GDPR.
• Analyze and model business processes using BPMN.
• Identify application improvements and functional requirements.
• Coordinate vendors, change requests, licensing and service delivery.
• Support Finance and HR stakeholders and provide service reporting.
